Bio

Chloe Nicholson is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with a concentration in politics, law, and ethics. While in college, Chloe was a member of the pre-law society Phi Alpha Delta.

Chloe obtained her Juris Doctor and tax law certification from UC Davis School of Law. During law school, Ms. Nicholson was a Senior Articles Editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Journal, and Chair of the Recruitment, Retention and Outreach Committee. She was also Chair on the Moot Court Honors Board and spent the summer of 2021 externing for Judge Damrell with the Sacramento Superior Court. Prior to joining Testan Law, Chloe spent two years as a law clerk for a workers’ compensation defense firm.

Ms. Nicholson was admitted to the California State Bar in November of 2023.
