Bio

Duane Kendall has practiced exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation law since 2000, focusing on all related causes of action, including Labor Code section 132a and serious and willful misconduct claims.  He holds the designation of Certified Workers' Compensation Law Specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.  Mr. Kendall’s extensive litigation experience in all Northern California venues includes many trials and a number of “take nothings”, as well as overturning the WCAB at the Court of Appeal.  A significant portion of Mr. Kendall’s work has involved the handling and resolution of catastrophic loss claims requiring complex structured settlement negotiations.  Mr. Kendall makes client education a priority with regular participation in various workers’ compensation presentations.
