ATB is proud to announce that Gerald V. Davino II has been designated as a Connecticut State Chair for the prestigious Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. The announcement was made today by CLM. The State Chair is a leadership role within CLM whose purpose is to assist in the development and growth of the Alliance, foster communications locally and provide more opportunities to participate. State Chairs also establish and monitor CLM Strategic Affiliations for state and local organizations/associations.
Mr. Davino is the Managing Partner of Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez in our Rocky Hill, Connecticut Office and has been with the firm since 2005. Most recently, Gerald had the prestigious designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) bestowed upon him after successful completion of nearly 30 hours of reading, 18 hours of class time and approximately 10 hours of group project time during the CLM’s Litigation Management Institute held at Columbia Law School from October 4-7, 2012.
CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
