At the Riverside WCAB, Judge Sanford-Wachtel was named permanent presiding judge. The board has a temporary position that is being filled by Judge Greenberg. The position is not full time and Judge Greenberg is only there a few days a week.
Rodney Johnston has been permanently assigned to the Pomona WCAB. He was a defense attorney prior to becoming a judge a few years ago. He is calm and considered a fair judge. He will be a good fit for Pomona.
Karen Traw is back part time at San Bernardino WCAB. She is a fair and even tempered judge, we are happy to see her back.
