Bio

Manuel Garcia is a Partner in our Orange office. Mr.  Garcia earned his undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University , Pomona, and his law degree from Western State College of Law.  Mr. Garcia represents self-insured employers , insurance carriers and third-party administrators in all aspects of state workers’ compensation law including §132a and Serious and Willful injury claims. Mr. Garcia regularly provides training to employers and claims personnel.  This involves training on all state workers’ compensation related issues. Mr. Garcia is also an adjunct professor at Western State College of Law where he teaches California Workers Compensation Law.
