Lindsay Winner has over 20 years in the field of workers’ compensation law, starting in lien resolution before joining a workers compensation firm where she worked for 14 years prior to joining Testan Law. Lindsay handled all aspects of litigation including case in chief, and some Applicant work.

Lindsay prides herself on attention to detail, excellent customer service, and providing the best outcome possible for each case.
