Bio

Lorin Pear is an Associate Attorney with Testan Law handling Workers’ Compensation Asbestos litigation. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Lorin earned her Juris Doctor from Western State University, College of Law in 1991 and began her legal career in the practice of Personal Injury and Construction Defect defense litigation.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Pear has corporate experience in the areas of Human Resources Management and General Administration. Most recently, Ms. Pear was Staff Counsel with a major insurance company and brings with her litigation experience in the areas of general Workers’ Compensation, Sports Injury, Asbestos and Lien resolution.
