Bio

Mr. Ly completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, where he received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology as well as minor degrees in Education, and Criminology, Law, and Society. Mr. Ly then graduated from Western State University College of Law, where he participated in the Judicial Externship Program, serving as judicial extern under the Honorable Judge Ronald P. Kreber of the Juvenile Criminal Court. 

Mr. Ly has been practicing as a workers’ compensation attorney for over four years with extensive experience in all aspects of defense work. Now with Testan Law, Mr. Ly continues to dedicate himself to the service of his clients and the defense of their claims.
