Bio

Mr. Peoples has been practicing workers compensation law for 30+ years. Richard has been sworn and appointed pro tem judge for the Workers Compensation Appeals Board. He specializes in handling all aspects of defense of workers' compensation cases including civil subrogation matters. Richard regularly provides seminars to his clients updating them on case law and trends in the workers' compensation community. His clients include private businesses, self-insureds, municipalities and uninsured employers. In addition, Mr. Peoples was elected to the Board of Fellows, Santa Clara University in 2004.
