Bio

Mr.  Hifai is a Partner at Testan Law. He began practicing in the field of Workers’ Compensation in 2009.  At Testan Law he represents public entity clients such as school districts, transit agencies, cities and counties. In addition he represents self-insured employers, insurance carriers and employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters, including defending 132a claims and subrogation cases.

Mr. Hifai is a graduate of San Jose State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Hifai earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Mr. Hifai prides himself on being responsive to client needs and being proactive in the handling of legal matters. He provides an aggressive defense for his clients, and believes in working quickly to move files to conclusion.
