Bio
Daniel Hawkes joined Testan Law July 2012 as an Associate Attorney. In February 2015 he was elevated to Partner. Prior to joining Testan Law, Mr. Hawkes had over 14 years experience in the field of Workers’ Compensation ranging from initial claims experience with a large self-insured self-administered employer, working as a senior claims examiner with a well known Third Party Administrator specializing in school and hospital claims and four years as an Associate Attorney with a state wide workers’ compensation defense firm.
